We are planning a trip in Sept. 2012. I have 2 girls 3&5. What are some good character dinning with Cinderella & Mickey? Breakfast or dinner? Any suggestions?

    Hi Amy,

There are a lot of fun character dining options that feature either Cinderella or Mickey.  You won't be able to find one restaurant that has BOTH characters.

To guarantee that you'll see Cinderella, I recommend Cinderella's Royal Table in Magic Kingdom.  You can dine there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with Cinderella and several other Disney princesses.  Dinner at 1900 Park Fare in The Grand Floridian is a character meal that features Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine, and both step-sisters.  It's great fun, especially if your children love the movie.  My daughter was so excited to meet Cinderella, but she was equally excited about Prince Charming.

My favorite places to see Mickey are Garden Grill in Epcot for dinner, or any meal at Chef Mickey's in The Contemporary.  Another fun option for meeting Mickey is Mickey's Backyard BBQ in Fort Wilderness. It's a dinner/character dance party with Mickey, Minnie and friends.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
