    We are planning to take a trip in Sept 2017. If we bought the annual pass now (to take advantage of the bonus 13th month promotion and in case prices increase later) will the certificate still be valid to use a year from now?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    I have some good news for you. If you purchase a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass now in order to take advantage of the new “bonus month” promotion, you don’t have to activate your Pass right away (or even this year) in order to get all of the perks that come with it. Your Exchange Certificate should still be valid a year from now, when you return to Walt Disney World Resort in September 2017. 

    Don’t forget that, in order to activate an Annual Pass, you need to visit Guest Relations at any Theme Park or Disney Springs.
