Hi! Planning trip for Sep., '15. Going with my family and my parents. I'm only one with MDE so am making dining/FP res. Can I make reservations for my parents, without including myself in the reservation? We are splitting up for dinner some nights.

    Hi there Amanda,

Yes.  You will definitely be able to make reservations for your parents using your My Disney Experience account.  Just go ahead and log into your My Disney Experience account and proceed to use the online Dining Reservations system to locate the reservation of your choice.  When you select the preferred time, you will be advanced to a screen that will prompt you to enter the guest information. You should see yourself as the main guest in spot #1.  There will be a drop down menu that will allow you to select from other guests who may be linked to your My Disney Experience account.  At the bottom of that list, you will see an option to "add new guest."  Go ahead and enter in one of your parent's names in the field and this will allow that parent to be the main name on that reservation.  There is the option to add other guest's names to the reservation, but this is not mandatory.  **Please be advised that there is a cancellation policy and no-shows will be assessed a fee.  Because you are using your My Disney Experience account, your credit card will be linked to that reservation and therefore you will be responsible if there is a cancellation.

    Hope this helps,

    Amanda F.
