We are planning a trip the second week of Feb. It will be me my husband and seven year old son. This will be his first time. Where is a great place to stay that is not too expensive also great customer service? Thanks

Hi Yolandia!  I hope this reaches you in time to plan for your February vacation.

Disney resorts are broken into three groups: value, moderate, and deluxe.  There are also villa options to choose from as well.  Many people select the value resorts since their time in their rooms is minimal and it is quite a great savings.  My favorite of the value resorts is the Pop Century as it is the newest.  However, if your family has a special interest such as sports or music, the All Star resorts are fun.

If your budget allows you to consider a moderate resort my favorite is the Port Orleans French Quarter or Riverside.  You will see added amenities for your room  as well as the resort property such as boating possibilities and larger more themed pools.

All Disney resort properties are known for their customer service.  They want to help all families and guests make their visit and vacation the best possible.  It will not matter what level resort you are in to receive this great service.
