Hi Kari!
I'm so glad that you reached out to us because I too am a Parent of a Picky Eater. (If we start a club I think our logo should be a sandwich, a carrot stick and a grape, all with a single bite taken out of each.) I'm heading back to Walt Disney World Resort soon with my own picky son, so I resEARched this for the both of us.
Kids Power Packs, which are grab-and-go meals that meet
Disney Check Meal nutrition guidelines, sometimes change their offerings but can include yogurt, apple wedges, carrot sticks, apple sauce, goldfish crackers, cheese, and either water or milk. Only offered at
Quick Service Dining Locations, I searched all counter service options that serve meals rather than those that only serve snacks. I found this exact combo meal at the following locations, all of which are located in Disney's Hollywood Studios: ABC Commissary, Backlot Express, Catalina Eddie's, PizzeRizzo and Rosie's All-American Cafe.
While I didn't see Power Packs listed anywhere else, I'm not out of ideas. You can find fresh fruit and other al la carte pack-like items at Harambe Fruit Market in Disney's Animal Kingdom, The Land Cart in Epcot, and in Magic Kingdom Park at Prince Eric's Village Market as well as Liberty Square Market. Locations that serve other Disney Check Meals, like Columbia Harbor House, Pizzafari and the Electric Umbrella, will sell their sides (carrot sticks, grapes, apple slices) individually. I buy my guy whole milk and yogurt at the in-park
Starbucks locations that also offer other small items. And you can find Chip & Co chips, pretzels and cheese crackers in most shops.
We'll See You Real Soon, Kari!
