We are planning a trip for 8/2013. How do people with kids make it all around the parks and activities on 2 meals a day? My kids will want the 3 meals they normally get. Deluxe meal plan is so much more $. Am I missing something in this set-up?

    Hello Loreli!

What a great question!  To save money for our family, we actually pack our breakfast food in one extra suitcase for our Walt Disney World Vacation.  I am not sure what airline you would take from New York City, but I know the extra money it will take to send an extra suitcase will most definitely save you money on your vacation.  The two main advantages of bringing your own breakfast food are that your family can eat before you leave for the Disney Theme Parks to save you money AND to save you time to enjoy the Disney attractions and shows!  You can also use your extra "breakfast" suitcase to pack your Disney souvenirs for your trip back home!!

If you don't want to pack your breakfast food, you can always order groceries to be delivered to your Disney Resort.  My family has used gardengrocer.com several times for cold breakfast items, and they were great!

If you have other questions, please let me know!  I am here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
