Hey Howdy Hey Ayla and welcome to planDisney!
The transition from fall to winter, the most Magical time of year, in Walt Disney World Resort is such a great experience. You still get to see some of the fall decor around the resort as well as experience seemingly overnight changes to the resort dressed up for the Holiday season. Walking into Magic Kingdom and seeing the Main Street, U.S.A. dressed up for the holidays make the most Magical time of year just that much better! Having the option to celebrate the season in Magic Kingdom with
Disney Very Merriest After Hours event is so much fun. Being able to tour the park with reduced crowds, special holiday celebrations, parades and seasonal overlays of some of the more popular attractions are just a few of the reasons I love this After Hours event. I don't know if you can actually talk about Walt Disney World in the fall without mentioning
EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. So many great food, drink and entertainment offerings throughout the park to celebrate the season, it is the biggest festival celebration in EPCOT. I love being in Walt Disney World this time of year so much, I can go on for some time. I mean I haven't even started talking about reasons to visit the resorts or even Disney Springs! OK let's talk about your question in regards to vaccinations.
Traveling to Walt Disney World has changed a lot over the past couple of years in major part due to Covid-19. Many people have had changes in plans, different states and countries have had travel restrictions and all influence the way we experience the parks. Disney has also made changes to the requirements of travelers to experience the Magic that Walt Disney World has to offer. At this time, there are no vaccination requirements for any of their Guests. Since Disney has re-opened from the initial Covid-19 closure and has maintained its opening status from the Delta and now with Omicron, hopefully on is on its way out, I am not sure what it would take for Disney to take this step. Some things that have changed quite a bit are the
masking policies for all guests and Cast Members in the parks. I would keep following the requirements online as these may change to some capacity from now until the fall/winter of 2022.
I hope this helps to give you more insight into planning your trip for November. This really is a great season to be in Walt Disney World and I hope you have a great time not only planning your trip but experiencing the resort as well. If you have any further questions let us know, we love talking about all things Disney!
Stay healthy and happy planning,
Nick
