So, I ran into a similar issue last year when I traveled to Walt Disney World Resort with my sister. Unknowingly, both of us had created accounts for my nieces, and problems arose with our
PhotoPass pictures, Fast Pass+, and dining reservations. There are instructions on
how to remove guests from your Family & Friends list on the Walt Disney World website. Honestly, I'm not the most tech-savvy person, so I gave up and ended up calling the folks at the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. I provided them all the necessary information needed to merge the two versions of the children's accounts into one on
My Disney Experience. And just like that, everything was fixed...Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo! Now I always recommend anytime there is a duplication of a guest over multiple accounts to call in. Because these Cast Members know how to work magic, they are very popular! To avoid a long wait, call right when the phone lines open at 7:00 EST.
