Hi, planning our trip to Orlando May 2021; staying at Disney resort for 3 nights & remainder in a rented Villa; on our last day plan to visit a park & return to resort; does Disney provide transport to the CarCareCentre for auto rentals? TYVM Lynn

    Hi Lynn!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It sounds as if you have a wonderful trip organised for next year, and it is definitely never too early to start making all your plans.  Using the Car Care Center at Walt Disney World (located near Magic Kingdom Park) is so convenient because you can arrange a shuttle to/from your Disney Resort hotel, or the Transportation and Ticket Center.  As soon as you know your exact plans I would recommend that you call (407) 824-3470 (ext. 1) to arrange this shuttle service, as availability for pickup from the Disney Resort hotels is limited.  Walt Disney World Resort Guests can also request assistance from the Concierge at your hotel, or use any Walt Disney World Resort lobby phone to call Alamo Rent-A-Car at the Car Care Center.

If you decide to keep your rental car for longer, these are the current overnight charges for parking at a Disney Resort hotel during 2020 (charges are always subject to change).  Parking is free for all Guests at Disney Springs and the two water parks - Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Disney's Blizzard Beach.  At the four theme parks there is also no charge for Disney Resort hotel Guests.

At this time, as we approach the phased re-opening of Walt Disney World Resort, we may need a little more considered and careful planning, but our vacation can still be a magical experience.  Please read this information about Returning to a World of Magic, and keep your eye on any new posts from the Disney Parks Blog as more official details are announced.

We know you have many questions about what this all means for your upcoming visit. Please know we’re working to be able to answer your questions as quickly as possible, and we look forward to providing an update as soon as we have more information to share.  Come back and ask as many questions as you like!  We are always happy to help you plan your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.
