    We are planning a trip to Orlando in August 2013. We are staying a week offsite followed by a week on a Disney resort. We are planning on upgrading our 7 day passes to 10 day passes . Can we receive and activate these passes the week before we check in?

    Hi there Dan,

    Unfortunately, your Magic Your Way tickets won't be available for use until two days prior to your Walt Disney World Resort check in date.  decide to pick them up early, you will need to visit one of the Guest Relations counters at any of the theme parks or Downtown Disney, as this cannot be done at your resort.
    To expedite the process, be sure to have your vacation package information handy when you visit GUest Relations.

    You will be given paper tickets, so when you arrive to check-in to your WDW Resort, you can ask to have these tickets added to your Key to the World Card for extra convenience!
