    Hello, we are planning a trip this November. I am trying to decide which resort is best choice for my family(2adults,1yr old,2yrold). We have stayed at AKl twice before but what a new experience. we will have our own car so close parking is on my list.

    I love that you are looking for some place new to stay at Walt Disney World!  With 20+ resorts to choose from, there are many wonderful choices.

    My first thought for you in the Deluxe category is the Polynesian.  With a wonderful pool for your kids (zero-entry, perfect for little ones!) and a sandy beach with a view of the Magic Kingdom, Polynesian is so nice for families.  Even though you will have a car, there is convenient Monorail transportation to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.  To be the closest to the parking lot, book a standard room.  I always lean toward the Rarotonga building which is near the Great Ceremonial House and the parking lot. 

    In the Moderate category, I would opt for Port Orleans French Quarter.  Book a standard room which can put you within steps of the parking lot.  We always have a car and request Building #4 which is close to the food court, playground, and our car.

    Take a look at www.disneyworld.com at these resorts and see if they interest you. If not, let me know and I will be happy to offer additional suggestions.  Good luck deciding!
