We are planning a trip to come November 11-15. When trying to book a room the website keeps saying no availability. The week of Thanksgiving however has lots of rooms available??? Does Disney hold rooms?? How can I get a room.

    Hi Autumn,

Unfortunately, the week you are trying to plan a trip for, November 11-15, includes a federal holiday, Veteran's Day. Many people try to plan their vacations around work and school holidays so they don't have to use as much vacation time or have as much make-up work. The previous weekend is also Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend which increases crowds.

Walt Disney World Resort Hotels don't typically hold back rooms from availability. There is always a chance someone might cancel, but it does seem like the resorts are full. You might want to see if you can adjust your dates at all. If there are a lot of rooms available for Thanksgiving week, perhaps you can plan your vacation then!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Be sure to let us know if we can help you with any other questions!
    Wishing you happy planning,
