I've been planning my trip for November 2016. I see the Star Wars fireworks are not scheduled after September. Is the show going to be discontinued. I was planning on heading to Hollywood studios to see the show after dinner since we have a hopper pass

    Hi Marie,

The Force is strong with the new Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular at Hollywood Studios. I was fortunate enough to see the show shortly after it opened, and it blew me away with its combination of projection images, musical score, flames and fireworks.

My understanding is that the show is a regular addition to the Hollywood Studios entertainment. Right now, it appears the schedule is only being posted about six weeks in advance for both the fireworks spectacular and the Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party, which includes a VIP viewing area.

My best advice is to keep watching the Walt Disney World website for the schedule to be expanded.

I watched the fireworks from Hollywood Boulevard, near the entrance to Sunset Boulevard. That was a good spot, but I think the view would be slightly better a little farther up Hollywood Boulevard toward Great Movie Ride.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We love helping guests with questions about planning their magical visits. Enjoy your vacation!
