Hey there, Alexis Nicole, and welcome to planDisney!
There's no place like home for the holidays, and I'm so excited to hear that The Walt Disney World Resort will be where you'll be hanging your hat this November. It's my pleasure to help you build the best itinerary with your tiniest traveler in mind.
Definitely start by checking out these lists of attractions that are safe for the entire family to enjoy together in
Magic Kingdom,
EPCOT, and
Animal Kingdom. For a few of my personal favorites, Peter Pan's Flight has been a Magic Kingdom must-do of mine since I was a toddler on my very first visit. 1,000 years later, I still make it a priority when planning my park day. In EPCOT, take a stroll through Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana, for a little respite from the sun and some water fun. No visit to Animal Kingdom is complete without a trek across the savanna on Kilimanjaro Safaris for a wild time.
2 years old is also a great time to have some sweet family moments at character meet and greets. My mom still gets emotional looking at my pictures with Cinderella and Mickey Mouse from when I was just a baby. While your little one may not remember, these moments will be the ones you're weeping over when they've got little ones of their own. You can actually find where characters are located by using the map in your
My Disney Experience app. Once you've opened the app, tap the 2nd icon at the bottom of the screen. Choose the Mickey head icon marked Characters at the top of the screen and switch the location toggle to the park you want to see. The Mickey heads that appear on the map indicate a character location that you can then tap to see who meets there!
Alexis Nicole, I hope I've given you a few ideas for your November visit to the magic. Keep an eye out this year for the release of dates for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party to add a bit more holiday cheer to your trip. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
come back for another chat.
Happy planning!
Taylor
