Hi there, Stephanie!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
I'm so happy to hEAR you're counting down the days until a Walt Disney World Resort vacation in November. What a wonderful time it will be to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth! The holiday decorations will be coming out, and all four theme parks will be getting in the festive spirit. Not only that, but you'll be visiting during
The World's Most Magical Celebration - an 18-month celebration of Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary. You've picked a practically perfect time for a pixie-dusted visit.
One of my favorite things to plan with my family on a Disney vacation is where we're going to eat! There are
close to 400 restaurants and dining locations to choose from at Walt Disney World, and certainly something to please even the pickiest palate. We always enjoyed the
Disney Dining Plan - it took the guesswork out of budgeting for meals, and it was so nice to have our meal payments taken care of before we arrived. My husband especially enjoyed not having to reach for his wallet every time we had a dining experience!
During Walt Disney World's
phased reopening, several Guest offerings have been paused until further notice. At this time, the Disney Dining Plan is temporarily unavailable. I'm hoping we will hear news
very soon about the reinstatement of the dining plans! I encourage you to keep a close eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and Walt Disney World on
Facebook and
Twitter for announcements regarding the return of this popular Guest offering.
You'll also be able to find the most up-to-date information about the Disney Dining Plan on the
Dining: Know Before You Go page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. In past years, Guests were able to add the Disney Dining Plan to existing vacation packages up to 48 hours before their arrival date, so if it does become available soon, you should be able to add it to your trip!
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, that you'll get some Disney-riffic news soon about the Disney Dining Plan!
