We are planning a trip in Nov. Our son will have just turned 2. We like the Polynesian but the main pool will be closed for refurbishing. Is the other pool good for a young child? Can we use a pool at a different hotel? Trying to plan some downtime.

    Hi Jackie!

The quiet pool that will be available during the refurbishment occurring during your stay would be a nice place for you to enjoy some pool time with your son.  While not zero entry, you'll still be able to play and splash with him.  I'd suggest bringing a puddle jumper or something similar along so that he can feel a bit more independent as well, if you've used something similar with him in the past.

When our children were younger, we actually preferred the quiet pools because they were less busy, and allowed us to spend more time with the kids in a relaxing setting.

    Have a magical vacation!
