    planning a trip nov 3-10 for 12 people. We are thinking of staying at pot fq Ages are 18m to 76. Is this a better place to stay due to smaller size and will age ranges like it? Also is it easy attach rooms? When making ADR do I book for all under my cc?

    It is always nice hearing from a fellow Bay Stater!

    Port Orleans French Quarter is my favorite moderate resort. If you are looking to stay in that price range, this resort would be my recommendation. The resort is much smaller than Port Orleans Riverside, Coronado Springs and the Caribbean Beach Resort so it is much easier to navigate with varying ages. I believe the older guests will enjoy it because of the jazzy New Orleans theme. It is very quaint and special. Little ones enjoy the colorful architecture and the "Doubloon Lagoon" themed pool.

    You can request connecting rooms when making your reservations. Essentially, connecting rooms are guaranteed only if there are only two adults in the party and more children than can fit into one room. Children naturally can not stay alone and so they will accommodate your request in this situation. Adjoining rooms (next to, across from or very close to each other) are much easier to get. The best way to ensure that you get adjoining rooms is to book multiple rooms on the same reservation. They will notate that you are traveling together and that you are requesting connecting rooms.

    When making your Advance Dining Reservations, if you want to all eat together, it is best that one person makes the reservations for a party of 12. You can use your credit card to hold the reservations. By booking them all together, they will know that you want to sit together for your meals.
