Hi Ashley,
The answer to your question is absolutely yes! There is so much to do with
young children at Walt Disney World! We have been taking my daughter on vacation at Walt Disney World since she was an infant. Let me share with you some of my favorite experiences with her as a preschooler at Walt Disney World.
First, there are attractions for children of all ages at all of the Walt Disney World theme parks. At Magic Kingdom, you might want to spend lots of time in Fantasyland. Here, you will find such classic attractions as Dumbo the Flying Elephant and Peter Pan's Flight. My daughter has always loved Epcot. As a small child, she loved Journey into Imagination with Figment. She also enjoyed the
Kidcot Fun Stops where she could color and collect stamps from each pavilion around World Showcase. Disney's Hollywood Studios is a great place to be if your child enjoys Disney Junior. You can take in Disney Junior - Live on Stage! for an energetic show featuring Disney Junior characters, and you can also find opportunities to meet and dine with these characters. Finally, at Disney's Animal Kingdom, your little one may love, like my daughter did, the opportunity to ride the Wildlife Train out to Rafiki's Planet Watch to visit Affection Section to interact with and brush animals.
To find a list of attractions that have
height requirements at Walt Disney World, check out this Disney Parks Blog post. There are many attractions that do not have height requirements, but looking at this post, you can be sure that you will not be disappointed.
Please do let us know if you have any further planning questions, Ashley!
