    Planning a trip next year to WDW, and plan to stay at the Beach Club Resort because of location. We hope to have a character breakfast at the Grand Floridian. Wondering if it is within walking distance of the Beach Club?

    I agree, Disney's Beach Club Resort is in a  wonderful location, in such easy reach of Disney's Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney's Boardwalk Resort, and other resorts too.

    Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is not within walking distance of the Beach Club.  You have several options - if you have a car, the drive there would take approximately 12 minutes.  You could take a bus to the Magic Kingdom park and either transfer to the monorail for the Grand Floridian (approximate total time 44 minutes); or transfer to a boat for the Grand Floridian (approximate total time 40 minutes).  Also, you could walk to Disney's Hollywood Studios, then take a bus to Grand Floridian (approximate time of 58 minutes).  Please remember when calculating times, to add waiting times for your transport.
