We are planning a trip next year with our two daughters, they'll be 8 and 4 when we go. Dinner or lunch at Cinderella's castle is a must, but I'm afraid trading 2 sit-downs each on DDP will cause a problem. Would the Deluxe DP make more sense for us?

    Hi Amy!

You make a great point. The Deluxe Dining Plan may make better sense in this situation. On the Standard Dining Plan, you get the equivalent of 2 meals per day, whereas the Deluxe you get 3. On the Deluxe Dining, you can probably sacrifice one of the meals for a given day (to attend Cinderella's Royal Table) and still make out. What we've done on the Deluxe is make reservations at Cinderella's Royal Table, say, for breakfast. Eat a hearty breakfast, then for lunch, get by on just a snack, and still have a meal at the end. On the Standard, one of the days you'll be sacrificing a meal and that snack will only go so far :-).

Good luck with all your Disney planning!
