Welcome back to planDisney, Phillip!
Thank you for sending another excellent question our way. We are thrilled to continue to help you plan magical memories for your Disney adventures!
Complimentary transportation throughout the Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite benefits as a Guest staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Disney Resort hotels may offer different transportation options, so I am happy to share that Guests staying at
Disney’s Pop Century Resort can also use
bus transportation to travel to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Buses can usually accommodate visitors using ECVs, which is why in your case, they will be the best option to travel to all the theme parks and Disney Springs.
Bus service between Disney Resort hotels and the theme parks usually begins approximately 45 minutes before official theme park opening and ends one hour after closing. If you wish to visit Disney Springs, remember bus service is available during Disney Springs operating hours and ends about one hour after closing. Please plan about 1.5 hours to travel between destinations, especially if you have advance dining reservations. Allowing more travel time is also important when using an ECV because you need to board the bus and accommodate your ECV. In addition, most Disney buses can accommodate two ECVs, so if another Guest using an ECV is boarding before you and your friend, or is already on the bus, you will need to wait for the next bus. If you are traveling with more Guests, you may consider splitting your group to have more chances of boarding and getting to your destination faster.
planDisney tip: Did you know you can check bus times before leaving your Guest room? Simply open the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device, tap your resort reservation, and look for
See Bus Times.
I hope this information is helpful, Phillip. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, and have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Best Disney wishes,
Thiana
