Planning our trip next summer already. When will the DDP restaurants at DTD be decided for July '14? My daughter will be age 10. Can she still order from kids menu even though she'll have to have an adult plan? Thank you.

    Hi Jill,

You can never start too early to plan your next Disney vacation! Disney Dining Plan restaurants will continue to be added throughout the rest of this year. Some even end up participating after the new year. My experience is that most restaurants will be part of the plan, so go ahead and make your reservations assuming that they will participate. If you have to change later you can.

As far as an "adult" ordering off of the child's menu, I'm sure she'll be able to do it. It's really left to the discretion of your server, but I've seen my father ask to see a children's menu, and the servers have brought him an adult sized portion of a kid-friendly menu item.  I find that Disney cast members want all of their guests to have a great experience, and they go out of their way to make that happen.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!
