Hi there. We are planning a trip over next June coming from Australia. I am a WDW pro but we are bringing our 4 year old and in-laws as well. We would like to look at a villa either 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom. Are all villas DVC only or available for others

    Greetings, Amanda!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for stopping by with a question for us.

It sounds like you are planning a fun-filled family vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm sure you will all have a wonderful time together. There's definitely no better place for children to make memories with their parents and grandparents!

The Disney Vacation Club villas would be a perfect choice for a larger party like yours, and you can absolutely book these even if you are not a member. There are several different resorts which have the one or two bedroom villas, and some of them even sleep five adults in the one bedroom villa. So this might be a good option for accommodating all of you at a little better price. Although this is not a Disney Vacation Club property, you still might want to check out the Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. These rooms sleep up to six adults and have a separate bedroom and also two bathrooms. And I'm sure your little one would love the Cars, Lion King or Finding Nemo themes of these suites!

I hope this helps with your question and please don't hesitate to let us know if you think of anything else. We're happy to help. Have a magical day and happy planning!
