Hello there, Jesse!
This sounds like my type of out-of-this-world vacation! I’m in my happy place when I’m walking around
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios with a
Cold Brew Black Caf from Kat Saka’s Kettle in one hand and a
Ronto Wrap from Ronto Roasters in the other. You don’t want to be hungry when you’re trying to be one with the force.
If you’re looking for multiple people to make lightsabers at
Savi’s Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers at the same time, I recommend increasing the “Number of Builders” when you make your reservation. The number of builders is technically the number of lightsabers your party wants to assemble. Each builder is only allowed to make one lightsaber per experience, but you could undoubtedly book other experiences later in the day if they are available. I’ll also add that each builder is allowed to have one Guest to watch the experience.
To make more than one reservation at different times, I recommend making the reservation through the
My Disney Experience app on your mobile device. Once you open the app, press the search button and type in “Savi’s Workshop.” You’ll select the first option and press “Check Availability” to select your preferred date, number of builders, and time. You’ll want to view and complete your order summary, and you can repeat these steps again if you’d like to make a second booking later in the day. Each booking will require your credit card information to guarantee your reservation. I suggest showing up to this experience 15 to 20 minutes before your reservation time so that you have ample time to decide what path you will take.
If you’re looking for another immersive Star Wars experience, look no further than the
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser experience. This two-night, immersive experience turned my entire family of adults into pixie dust because we did not want to leave the Star Wars universe.
Reach out to me directly if you’re looking for any other force-sensitive recommendations.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
