Hi Katie,
If you are staying at a Disney resort, I suggest you take advantage of morning
Extra Magic Hours when they are available. At these times, Disney resort guests have exclusive access to the parks. This is the perfect time to visit the parks' most popular attractions with shorter-than-normal lines.
On the day you visit the Magic Kingdom, head to Fantasyland first. You'll be able to tackle most of the rides in this region of the park quickly if you start here. Your travel party will also enjoy Country Bear Jamboree, the Magic Carpets of Aladdin, the Jungle Cruise, PIrates of the Caribbean, and Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. Take time for the parades and consider booking a character dining experience at the Crystal Palace.
At Epcot, stop at the Kidcot Fun Stops and be sure to save time for Illuminations: Reflections of Earth at the end of the day. Visit the characters at Innoventions and introduce your kids to all kinds of fascinating food samples throughout World Showcase.
Don't miss Disney Junior - Live on Stage! at Disney's Hollywood Studios and, if you have Star Wars fans in your group, you'll want to consider the Jedi Training Academy and Star Tours. But the attraction you'll want to experience first is Toy Story Mania. Later in the day, the lines get very long for this fun experience.
See Finding Nemo, Flights of Wonder, and Festival of the Lion King at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Be sure to head to Kilimanjaro Safaris first at this theme park. The lines are short and the animals are most active in the morning.
Let us know if you need any more advice, Katie! We'd be happy to help you in any way we can as you plan your exciting Disney adventure.
Jill
