Hi planning a trip for mid October and have found out we will be 7 going 3 adults 4 kids(7yr 4yrs and infant twins) with small babies is it possible to take the stroller into qs restaurants for babies. Or can I take car seats with the bus service

Hi Sheena! Wow, you have a great group going on a Disney vacation this fall. The more the merrier when it comes to fun and magic while at Walt Disney World.

My daughter will be also visiting in the fall with an infant so it does take some extra planning. Car seats are not allowed on the buses including the Magical Express from the airports. You will need to fold up any stroller you are using before entering a bus so make sure it is empty and ready to fold. I have seen too many families trying to empty packages and bottles and other things while trying to hold children and fold a large stroller. It does not look like fun and at the end of a long park day I am sure their patience is at a low. If the buses are full even holding a folded stroller while holding children can be a chore. Your only other option would be to take taxis but that is expensive for a whole vacation.  Some of the boats at Disney will also require strollers to be folded but the larger ones generally are fine with bringing them on board as is.

Restaurants are a little more complicated. Some are quite small and will not have room for large strollers such as Casey's on Main Street of the Magic Kingdom. The seating is outside and you would be able to have the stroller next to a table although it is quite cramped there as well. Some quick service locations have second floors such as Columbia Harbour House in the Magic Kingdom and you would not be able to get to the second floor for a table. Many locations would be fine if you had a stroller so you would be best to check the situation out and then decide once you are there. Since quick service spots don't need reservations this is easy to do.

Table Service restaurants also will do whatever they can to accommodate guests with strollers. Obviously the larger the stroller the harder it is to seat you at a table that has room and still safe for guests and cast to move around. When choosing a stroller option consider this.
