Hi! I am planning a trip for May30th- June 1st. I am trying to figure out what the timing would be for any grad nights that might be happening. Like what time DCA would close and if there would be a chance to see world of color while there?

    Hi Amanda, welcome to planDisney!

You chose a great time to visit the Disneyland Resort! I'm sure you must have heard, but just in case you didn't, the traditional character meet and greets are returning as early as April 18, 2022! This means you'll be able to get the warmest hugs and prized autographs from Mickey and all his Pals! And as you brought up World of Color, I also want to mention that the Main Street Electrical Parade and Disneyland Forever fireworks are returning as well on April 22, 2022! So you'll be coming just in time to enjoy the return of all these greatly missed experiences!

But back to your question, the Disneyland Resort Calendar is updated up to six weeks out, so currently, it only shows the Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park schedule through May 16, 2022. I recommend keeping an eye on the calendar as it gets updated for your arrival dates.

But with that said, typically the different High School Grad Nite events occur throughout the month of May. So far, it's confirmed that there will be High School Grad Nites on May 13 and May 14. I can see from the Disneyland Resort calendar that Disney California Adventure Park closes earlier on those days at 9 p.m. However not to worry, it seems like World of Color will be shown earlier on those days at 8:45 p.m. as well! For the remaining Grad Nites, although not confirmed, I did some investigating and it seems like they will be on May 18, May 20, May 21, May 25, May 26, and May 31, 2022. But please note that this is not confirmed yet!

I hope I was able to help address some of our concerns! If you have any more questions, please visit us again!

    See ya real soon!
