    Hi, We are planning a trip in May 2009 from the UK. I am reading a lot about needing to reserve tables up to 180 days in advance!! Is this true? Which restaurants does this apply to and which would you consider MUST eat at experiences? Thanks

    If you are wanting to see the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Review, or Maybe Mickey's BBQ, catch a Character Meal, than you will want to call 180 days in advance to make your reservations.  We love to go to Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary, and we like to go to the Hoop-Dee-Doo every other visit.  My boys favorite breakfast is the Donald's Safari and my girls favorite is Chef Mickey's.  They have out grown Cinderella's Royal Table, they say... hmm..If you log on to the www.waltdisneyworld.com and then click on the word Dining in the upper right hand corner, you will see a search box to the right there will be an advance search, click on it, you will then be able to search for Character meals, Signature Dining, Table Service meals, and limit your search further by park.  This will then tell you if the restaurant suggests reservations 180 days, or perhaps less.  If it is on the Dining Plan, etc.  Have a great trip!!!
