We are planning a trip in May, and have six kiddos (12, 12, 9, 6, 6, 6)... we are having a hard time deciding between the Wilderness Lodge and Kidani Village for our stay. The most important thing for us is kid friendliness and making life easy...

    Hi Alicia!

How exciting!  I think you've chosen two great resorts, and I love them both for very different reasons.  Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is simply gorgeous, and I love the scenic views of the animals.  The proximity to Disney's Animal Kingdom makes it fantastic for those wanting to spend a good amount of their vacation at that park.  Other parks can be a bit of a ride using Disney Transportation, but I love the away from it all feeling you have while staying there!

Disney's Wilderness Lodge also has that away from it all feeling, without being too far away from it all...if that makes sense.  I think it is a good choice for those that will be spending more park time at Magic Kingdom Park, and it is equally as beautiful as Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.

You'll need to really look at you park touring plan, and see where you'll be spending the bulk of your time. That will probably help you make your choice.

    Have a magical vacation!
