We are planning a trip in May and are in the process of making our dining reservations. I was curious if the Hoop De Do Review and Whispering Canyon are similar or is it worth doing both?

    Hi Carrie!!!

You have asked a great question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

Both of the dining experiences you have asked about are very unique.  Both are very interactive, yet very different!  The Hoop-De-Doo Musical Revue is a meal centered around a singing, dancing, and comedic show!  You may even be asked to participate in the show at one point!!!  This dining experience is a little more pricey just because you are paying for both the meal and the show.  It is loads of fun!!!

The Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is another very cool and fun dining experience.  You can either order something a-la-carte off the menu or you can order the family style buffet.  I would definitely recommend ordering the Canyon Skillet, which is the All You Care To Enjoy choice!  Your wait staff will definitely keep you entertained during this meal, byt there isn't an actual show like the Hoop-De-Doo Revue.  This restaurant choice is a little more manageable price wise compared to the other.

I would recommend doing both of these if you can fit them into your schedule.  Your family will love these and will be able to create some wonderful Disney Vacation Memories!!

    Have a magical trip!!
