Hi there, Priscilla!
Welcome, and thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth will be here in a jiffy!
Yes, you can absolutely carry a hydration backpack in the theme parks, in addition to any type of water bottle or insulated container, as long as it’s not made of glass. You can also ask for free cups of ice water at any quick-service dining location or use the drinking fountains located throughout the parks to stay hydrated and refill your pack.
In addition to water, you are also welcome to bring in your own snacks, and even a small cooler with sandwiches and beverages is allowed. I always bring along juice boxes, crackers, fruit snacks and other munchies for my little ones. There are fresh fruit carts in the parks that sell prepackaged snacks and fresh fruit for a healthy bite to eat while you’re on the go.
I hope this information helps, Priscilla. Please don’t hesitate to ask any other
Disneyland Resort questions you can dream of as your vacation approaches!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
