Hi! We are planning a trip for May 2014. We are considering using the DDP for the first time. We will have a 4yr old girl and 2yr old boy at that time. My 2yr old eats more than my 4 yr old but won't be on the dining plan due to age. Can we add him somehow

Hello, Becky!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

Unfortunately, you cannot purchase a Disney Dining Plan for a two year old.  However, you can purchase food for your little one a la carte.  Now for some good news!  If you dine at restaurants which offer a buffet style menu, you are able to make your two year old a plate at no extra charge.  You may want to look into dining at buffet style restaurants such as Chef Mickey's, The Crystal Palace, and the Tusker House. Should you decide to go this route, no additional expenses will be needed.  This really can be a plus when it comes to your food budget.
