Planning trip May23-29, 2013. Is the chip&dale campfire every night? What time does it start and where at Fort Wilderness resort is it located? Are reservations needed? Thanks!

    Hi Marcie,

Weather permitting, Chip'n Dale's Campfire Sing-a-long does indeed take place each and every day. It generally begins at around 7pm during the fall/winter season and 8pm beginning sometime in April through the summer. (Times do change according to the time of year so please be sure to call 407-824-2727 for up to date information.)

No reservations are necessary and the event is available to all Disney guests. It is held near the Meadow Trading Post in the Campfire area.

To get there, you will need to catch a bus to one of the Theme Parks or Downtown Disney and then transfer to a bus heading to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. When you arrive at Fort Wilderness you will need to make one more easy transfer to an internal bus. (You can take the yellow or the orange bus route.) Just make sure you let your bus driver know you want to get to Chip'n Dale's Campfire Sing-a-long and they will make sure you get off at the best spot.

Your other choice to get to Fort Wilderness is to take a boat from the Magic Kingdom or the Contemporary or Wilderness Lodge Resort hotels. These boats will take you directly to the marina and then you can either take the sidewalks and walk to the Campfire area or catch the internal bus.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
