    Hello, planning a trip on 8/9 March. Magic Kingdom should close at 8pm in those days, but the schedule says that there are the fireworks at 10.35 PM. Even in case of extra magic hours the park would close at 10 pm. Can you pls help in understanding? Thanks

    It is a pleasure to welcome you back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You must be excited about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Have you started a countdown already? Just some weeks to go!

    Magic Kingdom Park is currently scheduled to open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 9 p.m. on March 8. The calendar shows that on March 9 the regular park hours will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., but Guests of Disney Resort hotels will be able to enjoy early morning Extra Magic Hours from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. when it will also open to other Guests.

    Happily Ever After, the amazing nighttime spectacular with fireworks is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. on both days. What you see on the calendar happening at 10:35 p.m. is the adorable Electrical Water Pageant where beautiful lights parade around the lagoon right across the park. This is actually the estimated time the parade can be seen right outside the entrance of Magic Kingdom Park.
