I am planning a trip in March with my grandson. I cannot walk long distances often, I need to know which resort will offer me closer to the pool, bus pickup and office from my room without comprimising quality?

    Hi Sherry!

Your grandson must think you're the coolest grandma for going to Walt Disney World with him!

You'll be happy to know that all the Disney World resorts offer a "preferred room" category, which typically means that your room will be closer to the amenities you describe.

Depending on your budget, you can choose form various resort categories too, such as Value, Moderate, and Deluxe resorts. One thing to keep in mind, is that Moderate resorts are often very large, so if you are looking into resorts in this category, perhaps it would be best to stick with Port Orleans-French Quarter as it is the smallest of them. Otherwise, the Value and Deluxe resorts generally have their preferred rooms well situated for your convenience.
