    We are planning our trip for Mar 21-27, 2014, and we would love to watch the fireworks. Are there fireworks, parades, water shows, etc. during March? Also will the water rides be open during our visit? We are celebrating our daughter's 8th birthday at DLR!

    Hi there Jessica,

    Late March is such a great time to visit Disneyland!  The temperatures are divine, the skies are sunny, and the local LA area schools are still in session so the crowds are lower than they are in the prime months of Summer!  

    The water rides will be up and running and Disneyland's entertainment schedule will be in full swing! Disneyland's fireworks shows do change seasonally, but "Remember... Dreams Come True" will be lighting up the skies above Sleeping Beauty Castle each night during your visit.  You will also get to experience Mickey's Soundsational Parade and Fantasmic each day at Disneyland Park.  And when you're over at Disney California Adventure, be sure to check out The Pixar Play Parade and World of Color.  You can grab a Times Guide on your way into the parks to determine show times.
