Planning trip later this year, husband wants to stay at the contemporary resort would be our first delux resort. my question, is the theme park view worth the money? They say you can see the fireworks and hear the music, but how good is the view? Thank you

    Hello Megan,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney's Contemporary Resort is one of my favorite Resort Hotels to stay when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. One of the best things about this Resort Hotel is it's location. Magic Kingdom Park is just a short Monorail ride or quick walk away, and the access to the Resort Monorail makes it easy to get to Epcot too! The Restaurants in the Hotel are fantastic; The Wave...of American Flavors, California Grill, and Chef Mickey's offer some of the best Dining Experiences/menus on property.

Staying in a Theme Park view room at Disney's Contemporary Resort is a wonderful way to add some extra pixie dust to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. The view of Magic Kingdom Park and Wishes nighttime spectacular is beautiful. The music from Wishes nighttime spectacular is piped into the rooms (you have to be tuned into a specific TV channel) so, you can relax and enjoy the show without crowds...and my favorite part...in your pajamas! In my opinion, it is worth the extra money for the added magic.

Please stop back by should you have any additional vacation planning questions!

    Magical Wishes,
    Susan
