We are planning a trip in late May. Two girls ages 6 and 8. Really want to stay at the BeachClub but its quite a bit more money than the moderates. We have stayed at FQ and Riverside before so wanted to try a Deluxe. Is it worth it?

    Hello Kevin!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Let me give you some information about Disney's Beach Club Resort.   It is an awesome resort that has so much going for it. First off? Location!!  Epcot Theme Park is a short walk away, and Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios are also accessible by boat.  The Boardwalk area is also a quick walk away around Crescent Lake.  There is lots to do there for the entire family, as well as multiple dining options. Lastly, I think your children would really enjoy the Stormalong Bay swimming area.  Stormalong Bay is spectacular. It is like having a mini water park at your resort,  and the pool even has a sandy bottom.  You could easily spend a full day there if you choose.

Whether or not the choice is "worth it" really depends on what you feel most comfortable doing.  If it works with your budget, I would definitely recommend it.  If not, as you know, the moderate level resorts all have wonderful and unique features.

Let us know if we can help with additional trip planning questions.  We are happy to assist.

I wish you a truly magical vacation.
