We are planning a trip in last of June. We have 3 grandkids girls 9, boy 11. Staying at Caribbean Beach Resort. How do you schedule dinner with character or tea with princesses? Can you schedule thru your motels? Is fast pass or wristband worth purchasing

    Hi Jana!

It sounds like you are going to be Grandmother of the year planning a trip for your grandkids! Since you are staying at the Walt Disney World you will automatically be sent MagicBands. If you purchased a package that includes you’re Theme Park Tickets they will be linked to your MagicBands and you will use them to enter the Theme Parks and also your Resort hotel room. Don’t forget you can even choose the color of your MagicBand you just have to customize them online!

I highly recommend making reservations in advance for any Table-Service meals that you care to dine at. You can make these reservations starting 180 days before your arrival date. Dining Reservations can be made online or by calling the Disney Dining Reservation line. Some of my family’s favorite dining locations are Chef Mickey’s, Cinderella’s Royal Table, ‘Ohana, Be Our Guest Restaurant, Garden Grill, and Tusker House for breakfast. If you do plan on participating in a lot of Table-Service meals I would highly recommend the Disney Dining Plan.

FastPass+ is also included with your Theme Park Tickets. FastPass+ can be reserved starting 60 days before your arrival date since you are staying at the Walt Disney World Resort. FastPass+ allows you to choose three attractions and/or entertainment return times in advance per day. You can make your FastPass+ selections online, in the my Disney Experience App, or at any in park FastPass+ kiosk.

Please come back and ask me as many questions as you need to!
