Family in the water at Aulani

We are planning a trip with a large group (3BR villa) @ Aulani. If someone in our party is not comfortable sleeping on one of the pull out beds (i.e.: in the common areas) is there an option to get a rollaway bed from housekeeping?

    Aloha, Gregory!

Thanks so much for dropping by planDisney with your question today. There's a line where the sky meets the sea and it's calling you to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa! How exciting that you'll be embarking on a Hawaiian adventure in just a few weeks!  And while it doesn't usually get much better than that, it sounds like you'll be sprinkling a little extra pixie dust on your stay as you celebrate the Christmas holiday Hawaii's way –– while I'm sure I won't be the last, let me be the first to wish you "Mele Kalikimaka" this holiday season!

If you ask me, there's nothing better than a Disney vacation where the whole gang gets to come along, which is what makes a 3-Bedroom Grand Villa the perfect accommodation for large groups.  With room for up to 12 Guests, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an in-room washer and dryer, it's the perfect place to magical memories.  But while the 3-Bedroom Grand Villa will have plenty of sleeping space for your whole party, Aulani Resort doesn't offer rollaway beds for Guests to use during their stay.  If a member of your group is uncomfortable sleeping in a common area, and there isn't any chance that people could shift rooms to make it work, you may want to consider ordering an air mattress and having it delivered directly to the Resort –– that way it can be placed in one of the bedrooms so everyone has a sleeping space that works for them.  However, if you're having something shipped to Aulani, I suggest ordering it early and having it delivered 1-3 days before you arrive to (hopefully!) alleviate any shipping delays.  Just be sure to have your package addressed to "Guest (name on the reservation)" and note your check-in date on the address, if possible.

Mahalo for visiting planDisney, Gregory.  I hope this helped to answer your question and I'm wishing you a wonderful holiday visit to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa!
