We are planning a trip with 3 kids that are older (17,14,11) and we were trying to decide between Art of Animation family suites and All Star Music suites. Which is better for bigger kids? Comfort of beds? Which location/building the best?

    Hello Kim!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My family has stayed in the Family Suites at both Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's All-Star Music Resort. They're great for larger families and for those needing some extra space - plus 2 bathrooms!!

For the ages of your kids, I would recommend Disney's Art of Animation Resort, because it's newer and the beds are bigger. I have slept on the convertible TableBed at Art of Animation, and it's really quite comfortable. At All-Star Music, the Family Suites are all in a preferred location, but a couple of the beds are twin-sized and seem on the smaller side. If none of your kids like sharing a bed, then maybe All-Star Music would be a better route.

As far as location and building, the Finding Nemo Suites are closest to the Main Building. It all depends on what's most important to you. Do you want to be closest to the main building, do you want a quiet room? It's not a long walk from any of the buildings. I usually choose 1st Floor if I don't want to wait for an elevator or use the stairs or top floor if I want a more quiet location. I would choose whatever theme interests your family most - Cars, Finding Nemo, or The Lion King.

I hope this helps, Kim. If you have any other questions, please come back and see us real soon!
