I am planning a trip in 2012 with my kids and want to know the slowest times at Disney. I also would like to combine the meal plan with our stay.

    Hi, Kathy!

If you do not mind pulling your kids from school, then my favorite times to travel for small crowds are 2nd week of November, last week of April, or 3rd week of September.  If you need to travel in the summer when your kids are on vacation, early June or late August are your best bets.

With your stay at a Disney Resort, you are welcome to add on the Disney Dining Package as long as you are booking room and tickets on your reservation. Click HERE for more information on the Disney Dining Plan.

Have fun planning!  Once you decide on dates, let us know if we can help you with resort choices!  We are happy to help.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
