Hi! We are planning a multi-generational trip with our kids and grand kids and will need several rooms. Is there a way to guarantee connecting rooms for our families who have several kids? Would like to stay at Port Orleans Riverside. thanks!

    Hi Sherrie!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I have some suggestions on booking your adjoining rooms.

    1)  Often using a Certified Disney Travel Planner can help in this as they know the best way to request the rooms to be adjoining.  Certified planners are free for you to use and can be a valuable asset to planning the perfect trip.  If you don't personally know one, you can easily do a Google search to find one and even read customer reviews on them.  They don't have to live close to you to book your trip.

    2)  Talk to a Disney Reservation Specialist- When making multiple room reservations, it's much easier to do by phone.  You can call 407-939-1936 to reach a specialist.  Be sure to explain your rooming situation and make all requests for them to note.

I have always been told that adjoining rooms are not guaranteed.  However, I have requested them many times and always been accommodated.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
