We are planning a trip in June 2013. We can make ressies in Dec, so do I need to call 180 days before each day of our stay or can I call 180 days before the last day of our stay? Not sure how quickly those ressies go. We have a party of 10.

    Hi Cynthia!

This is a great question.  If you are staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel owned and operated by Disney then you can make reservations starting at 180 days before your intended check-in date plus the next 10 days; making it for the next 10 days is a perk for guests staying in a Disney hotel.  If you are not staying in a Disney hotel then you can only make it for 180 days out at max, meaning you would have to call back each day.

However, only a few restaurants actually fill up at the 180 day mark.  Most of those are Disney Character Dining Experiences, especially Cinderella's Royal Table inside Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom.  If there is a restaurant you absolutely have to experience then definitely call in at the 180 day mark; otherwise you can definitely wait a few days and do it all at once.

By the way, reservations can be made online as well!  I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
