    Hi! We are planning a trip for June 2024. I know theme park reservations is 120 days in advance. Would we start that 120 from the day we arrive or the first day of parks? Also, when will theme park tickets become available?

    Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question, we are so excited to help you plan your upcoming vacation.

    As you may know, procedures have continued to evolve after the past few years in order to maintain the health and safety of all Guests and Cast Members.  Currently, Guests may purchase Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets through the end of 2024.  Once Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets have been purchased, Guests may then make Walt Disney World Theme Park Reservations.  Since operational procedures will continue to evolve from time to time, it's always a good idea to check back periodically as you continue planning your next trip.

    Although Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets and Walt Disney World Vacation Packages have not been released for 2024, historically they have been released in late spring/early summer for the upcoming year.  Therefore, I am hoping to see the 2024 release in the next few months.  I am like you and like to plan as far in advance as possible, so I like to keep up with the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest and greatest Disney news and I suggest you do the same in order to keep abreast of projected release dates.

    Even though I expect it will be a little bit longer before you are able to purchase your Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets and make Walt Disney World Theme Park Reservations, you can still start your vacation planning!  It sounds like you have your dates already selected, and for me that is the hardest part, so good job!  After I have decided upon my vacation dates, I like to begin planning for the places in which I would like to dine.  Whether you prefer Quick Service, Table Service, or Fine Dining, Walt Disney World has you covered.  Finally, I like to look into the activities I would like to enjoy while on my vacation.  For example, the experiences in the Enchanting Extras Collection are always calling my name and I still have several on my "must-do" list.
