    Hi Moms! We're planning a trip in June '10 with 4 adults and 2 kids (11 and 5). I am booking the trip for everyone. I am needing two separate rooms (preferably connecting). What is the best way to make the reservations-online or by phone? Thanks

    Mary since you are needing or hoping for connecting rooms I suggest you book your reservation on line. Whenever you have a specific request you want noted I like to think that talking to a person will assure me of having the information correctly down on my reservation. Of course things can happen in any way you do it but...

    Make sure the cast member understands that you want connecting rooms...rooms that have interior doors that can open to each other.  You don't want to make a mistake and say adjoining as that means something else. That would mean you just want the rooms to be next to each other or close. If you have any other questions about the resort or rooms the cast member can usually be a helpful aid when you call.
