    We are planning a trip in July, and are staying the Boardwalk Villas. We know we can walk to EPCOT from there, but will we need to walk all the way to front of EPCOT? Or can we enter from the back way in the morning. Thank you!!!

    You definitely picked a great place to stay this summer in choosing Disney's BoardWalk Villas. As the famous saying goes, it's all about location, location, location, and this charming and idyllic Resort tucked along the shores of Crescent Lake definitely has it in spades! Located just a short walk or boat ride from both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, and set amidst all of the delightful shops, dining and entertainment options at Disney's BoardWalk, this Resort is hard to beat! 

    Troy, you will most certainly be able to take either a short boat ride or leisurely stroll from Disney's BoardWalk Villas along Crescent Lake until you reach the International Gateway entrance to Epcot, which is located in the World Showcase area between United Kingdom and France. Personally I always find entering Epcot from the International Gateway always feels like a V.I.P. experience. The commute itself, whether by boat or foot, is serene and picturesque and the smaller number of guests using this entrance makes for a cozy and special way to start your day in Epcot.

    While World Showcase will not be open until later in the morning, I will let you in on a little secret.  Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, a quick service restaurant in the France pavilion, just a short 5 minute walk from the International Gateway, is open in the mornings for breakfast. Here you will find some of the most delectable French pastries as well as coffee, tea and espresso drinks. It is truly the best way to start the day!
