Hi Christy, Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. I just call Disney to verify that for you and give you the more accurate answer. The Cast Member told me that it depends on the offer and availability. Sometimes they will be excluded and at others they will not. I know people who was able to get a discount in the fall and another one that used her discount of an annual pass holder. Let’s hope that they offer the discount for next January. The best thing you can do is to call Disney directly and I’m sure that a Cast Member will explain all about the rates for you.
