I am planning a trip in January for my family and my in laws would like to come along. If I make a table service restaurant reservation for all of us, will there be a way for us to pay separately at the end of the meal?

Welcome back to planDisney with an excellent question, Emily!

It is a pleasure to continue to assist you as you plan your Disney vacation. I am happy to hear your in-laws will also be making magical memories with you at the Walt Disney World Resort!

You are welcome to request separate checks while dining with your family. Upon arriving at your dining destination, please let your server know that you would like to pay separately for your meal. If you are dining with a party of 6 Guests or more, please note that gratuity will be automatically added to your bill.

planDisney tip: Depending on the dining location, did you know you can order a Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to celebrate your visit with your family? You can request a cake upon arrival at the restaurant by visiting the host podium.

I hope this helps you while planning, Emily. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions and have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with your family!
