Hi! I am planning a trip for Jan. 09 around the 4th. Last time I traveled to Disney 2 years ago around Thanksgiving time it was extremely crowded. This time I am trying to beat the crowds. I was wonderin what the crowd levels were like the beginning of Jan

Crowds usually diminish as schools around the country return from Christmas Break. This year many schools will begin classes on January 5. Therefore, January 5-8 should have low crowds. You will see an influx of visitors over the WDW Marathon weekend, January 9-11.

After that weekend, crowds remain low for most of January. Our family usually visits mid to late January to enjoy the low crowds. We are looking forward to our January trip. I just made my Advance Dining Reservations last week!
